This unusual head sculpture is made of extremely heavy wood. The face is adorned with the typical "chingeleyele" motif, which is not only found on the forehead as usual, but also on both cheeks. The hairstyle is formed by deeply furrowed concentric grooves. A band with various incised motifs (snakes, eye, zigzag pattern) encircles the back of the head.
