They spent six months there, mainly in the mountain province of Luzon, where they collected many interesting pieces. From 1978 to 1984 he made at least more ten trips, travelling throughout the country. |

Heavy, high-walled container on four feet. The lid carved in flat relief with a lizard motif. Side handles in the form of anthropomorphic faces.
Incised zigzag patterns on the body indicate that the vessel was once owned by a warrior.
